At Wigemupbarbie, we are committed to delivering your wigs and hairpieces to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We offer standard shipping via DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Depending on your location, you may also be able to choose expedited shipping for an additional fee. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

PROCESSING TIME:

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped 3 days later. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped 5 days  later . Please note that orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive, while express shipping can arrive within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due holidays, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order at any time.
